About Prakriti Farm Foundation
We are Prakriti Farm Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to making the lives of voiceless souls better by providing food and medical care. Lives of Stray animals are hard and we try to show compassion towards them. Our team is spread across India’s various cities and regions. We are not heroes but just “Mango People ” living next door with a willingness to help animal society and mother nature by doing a simple act of kindness. Our volunteers on the ground are responsible for feeding and medically rescuing street animals. In order to develop future generations of responsible and compassionate individuals towards nature and animals, we offer internships to university and college students. What we do ?

⛑️Rescue
We rescue animals in distressed conditions and provide needed aid. Injured animals don’t just feel the pain but also face human outrage due to their bad skin or wound condition. We receive calls from the surrounding areas or sometimes from miles away. We provide first aid and then take them for Medical treatment to registered Veterinary Doctors. Some cases required 24×7 care in such cases take care of them during the healing period by fostering. Post-treatment we release them back to their origins.
🐶Adoption
Breed dogs or stray babies, all of them are the same. All they love and little care. We have seen disheartened faces and complaining eyes when their parents abandon them. We help such animals to find their forever homes that can give them better lives. We follow the process of house checks, family meetings and finally adoption documentation. Post-adoption we check vaccination details and visits to check the condition of the given pet.

🏕️ Promoting Co-living
In societies and institutions, we arrange counselling sessions and explain the concept of coexistence with animals with easy-to-understand visuals designed by animal professionals.
These programs are held in residential societies, schools and colleges. As part of our outreach efforts, we provide comprehensive literature, as well as informative websites and videos that can help establish understanding between humans and animals.
🍛 Feeding Drives
Stray Dogs, cats, and birds are fed by our team members in a variety of areas. Right now we are feeding 250+ dogs, 10+ cats and many birds. We are a group of people who feeds 365 days irrespective of weather conditions. This enables us to gain the faith of stray animals and we help in the sterilization drives by helping the municipality catch dogs. So far 100+ dogs have been sterilized with joint efforts of us and the Ahmedabad municipality.
🥗 Promoting Veganism
We are vegan people and we promote veganism, a cruelty-free living. We help people who are taking the conscious decision of choosing vegan life. We encourage and educate people to turn vegan and suggest alternatives to maintain their healthy lives. Choosing a vegan lifestyle can benefit your health, protect the environment and save animals from cruelty.

We try to help dogs & cats get adopted. Our adoptions happen with a formal process of House Check, Family Information & rule agreement post-adoption. We keep checking adopted animals at regular intervals.
